2Do is by far the best and most advanced task manager I’ve ever used. And I love it. With so many different little tweaks, options and overall awesomeness this app is worth every penny.
With 2Do you can have multiple calendars as different tabs which can have their own tasks. The basic task has the ability to set a date and even a time for the task to be due, text note, audio note, location (little more on this later), and tons more! The check list task has the ability to set all the features of a basic task and then set other things within that task. The project task is the checklist task with all the features of the basic task within the project.
Each of the tasks has the ability to set a location so that when you are near that task it can alert you through a plethora of different ways. Namely the tab for the nearby tasks shown on google maps view. Backing up and syncing with iCal, MobileMe, toodledo and a few more is really easy and provided with plenty of help. There are literally another 100 features and tweaks, but after all this is a “Simple Review”
