Many developers are in a race to reach the number one spot in the ‘Twitter-verse’. Yesterday an new bird hit the stage, and that bird isn’t any ordinary bird. It’s a bot! Meet Tweetbot, one of the most highly anticipated Twitter applications since Tweetie 2. Tweetbot brings the beautifulness of other Tapbots applications, into a seamless Twitter experience. Many of you are thinking “Wow, another Twitter app”, but this is no ordinary Twitter app; This is by far the number one Twitter application I’ve used.
Tweetbot not only includes all the normal Twitter features such as posting, deleting, mentions, and direct messages, but also adds a ton of unique features. A feature that I really love is the ability is the ability to triple click on a tweet, which will allow you to either reply, favorite, retweet or translate. Don’t get me wrong, this application isn’t without it’s issues. There have been a number of users reporting issues, which you can read about below! I love Tweetbot, and I thought i”d never say this, but Good-bye Twitter for iPhone… For now that is!
